About the context

‍Arkema is a global chemical group created around 20 years ago. Present in 55 countries with nearly 21,000 employees and 148 production sites, the group faces a challenge common to large companies: to structure a learning strategy adapted to a decentralized organization.

What are the goals

Before the launch of Edflex, Arkema had to meet several challenges. The aim was to centralize and harmonize the learning strategy internationally, while facilitating access to learning for thousands of employees spread over several continents. Offering a diversity of content in terms of languages, formats and durations was also essential to meet varied needs.

Setting up a strategy

Arkema has integrated Edflex content into its platform 360Learning, creating a unified user experience. This integration allowed employees to connect to a single tool to access internal and external learning.

Analysis of the results

‍Since implementing Edflex, Arkema has seen a strengthened commitment thanks to the simplification of access to content and better motivation for learners. Centralized monitoring was made possible thanks to a single dashboard that brings together all learning data, whether from internal content or Edflex resources. This allowed for improved management of learning paths through a consolidated view of trends and needs, resulting in significant time savings.
